Default My 2004 Volvo xc90 has issues.?

While driving at higher speeds (like 60-80mph) the car will suddenly jerk and it makes a bang. Head lights turn off and so does the radio. It all comes back on after about 5 seconds. I never loose speed and the car never shuts off. It doesnt do this all the time, it has done this maybe 4 times in the last 2 weeks. What could this be?
