Default 1998 Eclipse GSX not starting...I think its the alarm, i need some help?

I had the motor built and when i dropped it back in and got it all hooked up, it wont get any spark. the engine cranks over but wont start. i tested all the parts and they are fine. the alarm has a kill switch but i need to know how to disable the kill switch... or the whole alarm all together. its a clifford arrow 3 alarm system
