A code 411 is coming up on my 03 Saab 9-5?

I am getting a code 411 on my 2003 Saab 9-5. The code is secondary air injection system incorrect flow. Does any one know what the problem could be? The car runs and drives excellent so I'm guessing it's just a vacuum leak or something small. If you need anymore details just ask.
