911 storage for 6 weeks and the winter since I am asking...?

I'm heading to Europe for 6 weeks and for the first time my 911 Carrera 4S ('06) will be left alone without a babysitter.

My question: Is there anything I need to do to for her as she sits for 6 weeks?

Also, I will be heading back to university again in the fall. The car will sit again over the winter months. What should I do for her for that long of a duration? I'll be home during extended breaks -- should I start it -- run it -- or just leave it alone until the spring?

Note: The car will be in a heated garage, covered, and resting comfortably on a covered floor (not directly on concrete).
