 Transmission problem diagnosed as LONG SHIFTING by AAMCO? I took to my to AAMCO for free tarnsmission scan and they told me that the transmission is long shifting and handed me an estimate of 1500 to re built it which includes "banner kit, filter, fluild and labor" cost. I dont understand they problem long shifting. There were no error codes on scan and the transmission fluid was very clean. I do notice that the shifting on my car is not very smooth, but can someone please explain me the problem long shifting.      |
