Is a Saab 9-3 reliable?

I was thinking about buying a (99-01) Saab 9-3 with under 100k miles on it, are they reliable? If you have any other suggestions for any reliable cars under $5000, please tell me.(Don't put any obvious cars like, toyota Camry corrola Honda accord Mazda 3/protege) Thanks

sorry all the cars you told us not to list are the most reliable cant help you out european cars are the worst to buy used. you will spend alot just on parts.
