how can you report a car dealer that has commited fraud?

is there a number you can call to report a car dealer for fraud? in the state of texas?

Your first stop is the DMV - Professional Licensing Division. All the advice about police, attorneys, etc will not get you any traction. Dealers are far more concerned about investigations by the DMV. They can levy fines, impose penalties, and completely shut a dealer down in cases of outright fraud or criminal activity. The DMV will get immediate results.
