Saab 9-5 Cigarette Lighter/Power Port Problem

I have a 2001 Saab 9-5 Aero and the cigarette lighters/power ports (both of them) recently stopped working (i.e., I can no longer use my cell phone charger). I pulled fuse 34 as instructed in the manual and it looks fine. Is there any other fix that I could try? I'm very handy around the house (electrical, plumbing, construction) but know very little about cars. Thanks.

remove your cig. lighter socket check the power ... if u got a power u need a cig.lighter socket
