Exhaust dumping after rear axle?

Hello, I own a car and not a truck. It's a Camaro.

Right now the sound is nice and loud with straight pipes coming out with no cat and no muffler. It's single in and dual out.

-My question is that will it sound louder if I dump the exhaust right after the rear axle?
-Also when I say dump I mean just cutting off the rest of the exhaust after the rear axle, not having side exits. Will this be louder/safe?
