I need help with buying a good drift car?

Hi. Im 16 and am getting a new car. i want a tuner type drift car but i only know basics. I dont want a crappy volvo and i dont really want anything that came before 1997. my budget for the car is 4000 dollars but if i must i could flex a bit. insurance isnt the issue. I want something that is easy to mod and doesnt look half bad when i first buy it. i just want to do simple things like intake, exaust, body kit, and rims. plus i want the whole sound difference you get with different mufflers could anyone help me with car ideas and tips?
