 1997 Saab 900s air condition not blowing on settings...? 1, 2, or 3, yet on the 4th setting it will blow cold air. Would it be a rely issue or a switch issue. I have removed and replaced the rely for the low and high cooling fan and nothing happened. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.      |
