I don't know if anyo one has heard of the Air check Program that?

Texas is offering. You get a 3000 dollar voucher towards another car that is 10 years or older. I am trying to use my voucher but it is turning out that I have no credit and no credit means bad credit. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place that would finace people instead of getting financed at the dealership..
