Saab electrical problem?

I have a 2003 Saab 9-3 ARC.
Sometimes these things happen:
-when its above 85 degrees, the air comes bursting out at your face.
-sometimes the windows dont go up or down automatically.
-and sometimes the sunroof doesnt close.

What can the dealership do about any of these issues?

actually do your car have a climate control? if yes u r in auto mode u can set your acc to manual .. and your window n sunroof u need to recalibrate your sun roof n reprog ur anti pinch window and clean n lube the seal
