First off, good choice on the Impala, especially if you're going for an Impala LS. The tires will fit without a problem, but you'll have to have them mounted on the Impala's rims becaise the rims have different bolt patterns. The stock tire size for both cars is 225/60/16.

On the Impala, there are a few things you will want to check before buying:

1. Check to ensure the engine is not leaking oil or coolant at the lower intake manifold... This is a common problem with both the 3.4 and 3.8L V6.

2. Check to make sure the turn signals work correctly. The Hazard switch is known to go bad.

3. Check the brakes - the rotors are known to warp quite easily.

There are a few other things to look out for, but these are the major issues I've ran across in owing two Impalas.

Tire wise they both should be 16 inch tires and may not be exact same size but close enough to fit. The wheel from the Concorde is a 4.5 inch bolt circle and the Impala is 115mm which is almost identical, the wheels might fit but you will have to try it,no book I have will tell me either way. I would bet they do.
