I want to swap my 5.3 liter engine with a 350 (5.7 liter). What would i need to do?

What would it take for me to switch my current engine (5.3 liter) with a 5.7? The truck is a 2002 GMC Sierra with 140000 miles, and i could use the extra power. Also what would this cost me?
