help 2001 vw golf airbag fault?

Hi there I have 2001 vw golf mk4 when I bought the car it have the airbag waning light on as well as it saying airbag fault when I start the car I recently used VAG-COM hoping I would able to clear the faults codes when I ran the VAG-COM it gave 7 faults code I was able to clear 4 of the 7 faults codes but 3 of the faults codes does not clear these are

3 Faults Found:
00655 - Seat Belt Tensioner Igniter: Passenger Side (N154)
32-10 - Resistance too High - Intermittent
00589 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
29-10 - Please Register/Activate - Intermittent
00532 - Shareware Version. To Decode all DTCs
07-10 - Please Register/Activate – Intermittent

Can any please help on how I can fix this and if I need to take this a vw dealership can any give me a quote on how much this will cost
