94 Buick Real,no turn signals front or rear and no brake lights?

94 Regal w/3100 V6.I have no turn signals front or rear and no brake lights but running lights and flashers work.Fuses under dash are good not sure about under the hood.Garage told me turn switch was bad but what would that have to do with brake lights.
