 Is it possible to build a street legal car from scratch? im graduating in 2 weeks and have no job lined up. i have a degree in electrical engineering and a minor in computer science. I want to build a car by myself this summer that is completely street legal and gets an absurd mpg (above 100). I have a basic plan in mind and will only use spare parts for the lights, sealtbelts and other legal necessities. What do i have to do to make it legal though?      |
