What is a good way to remove the smell of mildew from my car?

It just poured for almost four days and water leaked into my car through the roof (which is a convertible). It stinks! Aside from vacuuming, which I plan to do, how can make my car smell less like mildew?

It hasn't gotten too bad yet, but I want to nip it in the bud.
