/ ! \ light, abs light, tcs off light, came on and speedometer no longer works...?

I have a 2001 saab 9-3........all these lights came on( tcs off light, brake light, abs light, and the / ! \ exclamation point), and also the speedometer does not work. It turns on and off on occasion. I searched for this question and "your car is haunted" was not the answer I was looking for haha. So what is this? It must be something electrical to make this happen...
