Default plz help with idenyifecation of my chevy 350?

i just purchased a chevy 350. i believe it is an older high nickel block. the casting number on the back of the block is..3970010. and the stamp on the right front side of the block is....v0803txb and the bottom..c7f511432. if someone can help me id the stock horsrpower and what it came out of i would greatly appreciate it. thanks
4 bolt main. heads arent original. i have a set of 202's and what i belive to be worked 194's
