Where is located the EGR solenoid in a Dodge Caravan 1999?

I have a 1999 Dodge Caravan and the Check Engine light went on. I took it to the Advance Auto Parts to check what is that indicating and they told me that light is a EGR Flow Circuit malfunction, after that a mechanic told me that the solenoid must be that cause of that light on. Where is that solenoid located? Is it expensive?
