Default What could be wrong with my truck or keyless remote?

I have a 2000 grand Chrokee Limited truck the keyless remote wouldn't work. I took it to a dealer and brought a new one. They said for some reason it wouldnt program. Im having it tested this weekend but kinda worried. I only had the truck for 3 weeks. Could it just be a blown fuse or something worst. Please Help !!! Only Serious Answers Please!!
