 1999 chevy malibu brakes? What causes the right side of my sisters car to have a thick groove in the rotor you hear it when driving?.I took it to goodyear for her and they said it was a hub bearing.They charged 90.00 to tell me that.It looks like coming from the pad but please advise.thanks good day.      |
