Default Throttle Body of 1998 V6 3.8L Camaro?

I rebiulted my 1998 V6 3.8L Camaro Engine! It works nice except for a little thing: when the car is idle and the Engine is running, the rpm moves slightly up and down, not very stable which makes the engine shakes little bit! Is it because of a bad Throttle body! do I have to change it with the Idle Air Sensor?
