Default My Car Turn Signals Won't Blink Or Turn On. 2005 Chevy Aveo 1.6L LS?

I have changed the column turn signal switch, the turn signal fuse, and the relay. I also checked the light bulbs in the dash and in the turn signal assembly, they do turn on when i pass current to them. Can anyone help me? I'm out of ideas.
