Steering wheel replacement?

I love thicker steering wheel, gives me a better grip. I have a hyundai elantra 2005 Sedan. I want to get its steering replaced by a hyundai tiburon steering wheel. my gf drives a tiburon, and i love the way the steering feels. Is there a way I can do it.
