Default 1997 Z28 Camaro?

I am looking into buying a 1997 Z28 Camaro from a dealership in my town. They are asking $11,495 for it. It has 73,000 miles and is in really good shape. It's automatic and has T-tops, leather seats, and automatic windows, seats and mirrors. I looked it up on NADA and they said the high retail for it is around $8,000. Im thinking $11,495 is too much. What do u camaro fans think?
Oh they are also throwing in a $500 gas card. So its basically like getting the car for $11,00.
