Can you put 15 in rims on a 2006 Buick Rendezvous that has 17 in rims on it?

My husband wants to do this because most 15 in tires are cheaper than the 17 in tires. But can this even be done? He is familiar with all that mechanic work stuff but I would much rather do a little research before buying the rims and whatnot. :) Thanks!

1992 Buick Century Wiper Fluid Tube Disconnected?

The passenger side of my 1992 Buick Century won't spray wiper fluid, and when I do I can smell it coming into my air vent. This leads me to believe that the motor and tube are working properly but that the tube has become disconnected and is just spraying under the hood. When I pop the hood and follow the tube it goes through a piece that makes it so I don't have access to the connection point. Any help is appreciated
