How hard would it be, and how much would it cost, to make a 2Wheel drive Isuzu

Rodeo into a 4Wheel drive? I own a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo. The prior owner got into a accident, and made the 4x4 Isuzu into a 2 wheel drive rear vehicle. I was wondering how much it would cost to make it into a 4x4 again. Also, if I didn't make it into a 4x4 would it be worth it to replace the 4C engine with a V6? It's a 5speed manual and I'm either going to replace it with a strong Rodeo, or find a different vehicle. But if I could put a stronger engine in it, it'd save be some cash.

1990 Pontiac Sunbird Runs Rough and Stalls?

I have had a new exhaust put on the car after driving with a bad one for 6 months. All was well for the first day. Now the car when started will stall after 10-15 mins. The speedometer spikes and the check engine light comes on all while still in park. A diagnostic of the computer did not reflect any codes. The computer was replaced but the car performed worse, so the original computer was put back on. The mechanic has now installed a new Coolant Sensor. It appears to be working fine, but I am hesitant to go any distance with the car. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what may be causing the problems? The car has over 100,000 miles but has been reliable for the 4 years I have owned it. Bought it used for $1,000.00. I have not had to put much money into it above routine maintenance.

94 Buick Park Avenue Lots Of Problems But Trying To Go 1 ? At A Time?

Lots of stuff wrong, but first I have a weird curiosity question, and then if you guys want to stick with me on this post, I will ask more....I'll be on here for quite awhile today and tomorrow.

My exhaust manifold glows red hot. I know there are much more important questions about this (I'll get to them, I promise), but I'm wondering if it is at all possible if that manifold being so hot could blow my AC unit. After smelling a very light rubber burning smell the AC went out...later that night I saw the pretty *smirk* color of the manifold. If so, could you explain what part might have melted ie gasket ect...

Stay tuned...thank you guys/gals ;)

what is max effective CR on 87 octane?

with idea conditions/tuning, what is the max effective compression ratio for 87 octane pump gas?
mad jack-dont answer questions that you dont know.

you obviously dont know what EFFECTIVE/DYNAMIC compression ratio is as opposed to static compression which is what you speak of.

and as far as static compression goes-people run 10.5:1-11:1 on 87 all the time with tunes-so your just a douche tryin for free points that you think makes you cool...

why are there no high revving diesels?

why dont any diesels (atleast that ive seen) rev high nowadays? is it an impossibility due to how they operate or just not practical at this point? is this due to the turbocharger design & if so why not simply sequentially turbo the solve the problem? & by high revving i mean like 4 cylinders revving to 7500rpms.

if the camshaft profile could be changed to accommodate from 4,000rpms to 7500 rpms, with a roots supercharger pushing boost from 1900 rpm to 7600rpm, with a small 4 cylinder (1.6-2.0L), with very strong internals, balancing, camming, & tuning for it-would this high of rev's be achievable?

I am looking to buy a parts car to replace the two front doors and one rear door on my 2001 Mercury Sable. I was informed that these parts are virtually identical to Ford Taurus. Is there also a Lincoln Model that's similar? I also heard that either 2000-2003 or 2001-2003 sables have the same doors/parts.

I would also like to replace my front/rear bumpers. Please let me know if anyone has info on what I should shop for!
