If your review is not showing then the review may have been sent to the moderation queue to try to determine if it is a fake review or not.

Please allow 72 hours for the review to be completed if you still have issues after that point please use the contact link and send us relevant information to be able to help you.

Sometimes, if a review goes into moderation and does not pass it may never show or if it violates our Terms of Service or Content Guidelines it may be removed by the support staff.

When you are writing your review there is a box that says "Notify me of followup comments via e-mail" check that box and you will be notified of any new information on that business.

Your review score and comments can not be changed once posted.

Log into your Account
Select “My Details”
Enter your new Email in the Email field
Click Update Account

This will assign your own personal Gravatar that corresponds to your email address on any site you comment on that integrates with Gravatar, best of all it's a Free service.

Login
Click My Details
Upload Photo (about halfway down page)
Click Update Account

Log into your Account
Select “My Details”
Enter your new Password in the Password field
Retype Password
Update Account

When you have a new Message
Login to your Account
Select Messages
Click on the message Title or View link

Login to your Account
Select Messages
Select Compose Message
Enter the username you want to message, subject and content
Press Send Message
