From when we met to when we purchased, he was understanding, helpful, and gave his personal opinion where it mattered. Multiple conversations took place via email and in person, and each was fulfilling and helpful. Within the conversations, information was exchanged about pre-inspection checks, maintenance records, work hours, and locations of contact. All of which ensured an easy and simple buying process. When the time came to finalize the deal, a phone call or two were made in agreement on numbers. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jim, offered a seat, and starting signing the papers. One of the only two unsatisfying items was the wait to be transferred to financial. The wait was not overly long, but, it did take a while, even though we had already agreed on numbers. But, in that period of time, Jim made sure that we were well taken care of, comfortable, and entertained. The ease and friendliness of talking with Jim made the whole process that much easier and less stressful. When were transferred to financial, we worked with Will Douglas, who introduced himself earlier. He was friendly and very informative, and made sure he went through his many sales pitches. The second unsatisfying item was that the dealership refused to take a paid-in-full check made payable to the customer, and endorsed as to “pay to the order of” the dealership. Other than that, the process was easy, somewhat quick, and simple. After agreement on how the dealership will acquire the money, we went on our way.
Overall, the experience was very pleasant and easy. Jim O’Connell was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. Another disappointment is that when we first contacted the dealership via an online form, an Internet Sales Consultant received my message. In that message, I specified that I preferred to be contacted by email, and yet I received a call early in the morning. He did very little to assist us, where we went to the dealership, and that is where we met Jim. Since Jim made up for John’s shortcomings, I will say, for what it’s worth, I thought Jim O’Connell deserved all and more from this sale. We were extremely satisfied. When the time arises, we may conduct our business with this dealership again, and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

We went to the Denver autoshow to look at this vehicle. Sean Wardrope was there and spent a lot of time with us answering questions, never appearing annoyed. The following week, we met with Sean and took the RDX for a test drive(over an hour, local and up I-70). He gave us the keys and said have fun! We test drove the other vehicles on the short list and went back again to see Sean for another(shorter) test drive. Left for the evening to decide and called Sean before they closed for the evening that we would be back in the morning to purchase the RDX.
Everyone we met and dealt with at Courtesy Acura was wonderful. Sean Wardope our Sales person, Dean Johnson in Finance, Lou Taylor the Concierge Delivery Expert, and Matt Sheridan the Service Consultant.
We HIGHLY recommend Courtesy Acura and their staff. Extremely professional, highly knowledgeable, very courteous. Not once did we encounter the ‘dealer push and hard sell’.

Their entire staff is professional and goes above and beyond what I have ever seen. I have myself worked for other dealerships and was impressed with the level of service they provided. They pay attention to the little details as well as make sure your vehicle is taken care of the right way. They do customer service the way it should be, from calling you to update you on status to putting a bottle of cold water in your cup holder when you leave and a chocolate on your console. It’s like staying at the Ritz Carlton but for cars. Andy has been great to work with and I never doubted he was on my side, as well as Holly was great when Andy was not available. Even the service porters care, which is hard to find. They even have brought loaner vehicles out to my work and picked up my car when I was having a busy day. You know when everyone cares as much as they do, it comes from the top and how a company is ran. I would and have recommended them to everyone. Their level of customer service is the most impressive I have ever experienced.

Now this service is how all dealerships should be. But here is also why I believe Courtesy Acura is a step above. My wife and I bought an MDX from another dealership and took it back to them for a alignment situation. When my wife picked the Acura back up from them the stereo would not function. She was told that the dealership would need the car back to try and figure out the problem. I decided to call Courtesy Acura and see if they may have known what happened. i spoke witha mechanic who said he shoudl be able to help and have my wife call him. He waited about 15 minutes after he was alreday off work for tthe call and then proceeded to look up the cars VIN and help my wife out over the phone. He knew exactly what was the issue, and even though we did not buy the car from them my wife said the mechanic was very helpful and was able to direct her on what she needed to do (entered a code). That seems to be just how this dealership is, they seem to really care about people and want to help. Its an A+ place all the way!

Before we got into the MDX, Rick suggested that, given the competitive cars we’d been considering, an RDX might be a better fit. A sales guy recommending a less expensive car? There was a first! We drove an RDX and bought one from Rick the same day. But there was another reason. Unlike our experience in the three previous dealerships (Subaru, Ford, and Honda) we’d visited, Rick understood that my wife was a more-than-equal partner in our decision. Notice to women: Courtesy Acura lives up to its name…and not just talking under the hood to guys.

My Courtesy Acura Littleton reviewAs someone who is very picky about who services his vehicle (2005 TSX), I have been to many Honda/Acura dealerships and service repair centers in the areas around Denver and Golden. These have included, but are not limited to; Planet Honda, Ralph Schomp Honda, Gaylord’s Garage, Flatirons Acura, and Burt Kuni Honda.
Courtesy Acura has been my primary source of maintenance on my car since purchase a few years ago because of their honesty and professionalism. Have they done every service or maintenance without issue? No, but none of the dealerships have. Everyone makes mistakes, and everyone will have a sub-par service from time to time. What differentiates Courtesy Acura from other locations is how they handle the situation when it arises. Where the other locations have simply blown the issues off and make excuses, Courtesy Acura actually takes matters seriously and remedies the situation more than appropriately. They are also have some of the most honest advisors around; with Andy Fiedler being my first choice. Not only are they straight forward with their information, but they are genuinely willing to discuss matters with you. Being a mechanical engineer, the ability to discuss exactly what is going on in a technical manner is very important to me. I don’t like being talked down to as if I don’t know the difference between a camshaft and a crankshaft, and I don’t like having the details glossed over. While I know they can explain everything to those who may not know, they don’t automatically assume and treat you like an idiot. They are also willing to provide proof of what they say needs or does not need maintenance. If I ask anyone at many other dealerships for proof that my transmission fluid is dirty or that my brake pads need replacing immediately, I get scoffed at as if proof is not something I get, and I should just pony up my money.
The only downside I can say to this dealership is that they are more expensive that most of the other dealerships I have been to. Usually it’s a marginal increase in price, which is completely worth it for the peace of mind and service advisors. Sometimes, as I found when quoting my clutch replacement, they are quite a bit more expensive than competitors. However, I have found out that going with a lower cost repair does in fact mean you get a lower quality repair. In saving $800 by going to a small Honda/Acura shop to replace my clutch, I almost had significant damage to my car due to their poor re-assembly techniques. I strongly recommend spending the extra cash, and get a reliable repair almost every time at Courtesy Acura.

I recently brought in my RDX for what i was sure to be an AC refridgerant replacement, because grease monkey said they found a leak in the unit. I brought to courtesy and Andy F walked me through what really happened: a faulty valve. Under warranty replacement and no cost to me. Andy also pointed out a nail in one of my tires and since i recently got new tires (from a tire retailer), the tire was replaced no cost too.
I would recommend courtesy acura to anyone looking for quality honest service.

Just had work done on my SUV I bought at Courtesy Acura Littleton. I’ve had a few things done since I bought my SUV and most has been under warrenty. I’ve worked with Michelle both times and she always goes out of her way to make sure I’m happy, comfortable while I wait, and understand what all the car lingo means.
She is the best!!!
We bought our Acura MDX at Courtesy Acura and just brought it in for its first service. Great experience. First, managed to schedule the service quickly and exactly when I wanted. Then our advisor, Zach Nelson, managed to make everything smooth going through the required service and making sure everything got done on time. Awesome job guys!
I recently worked with Rick and Sean on a new MDX and they were both professionals. They were responsive to my questions and needs. They made the car buying process much easier than with other dealers. I had a minor service issue and Randy and Bob were great.
I went in for an oil change at about 3 pm and was out by 4pm-with great info how my car it is–perfect of course..the service attendant was Andy–and I mentioned to him that I dropped my travelling mug and it broke–in an instant I had a new mug–Thanks Courtesy

Service department is awesome! Michelle, Sandy, and Chewy couldnt be better.
Sales however, including manager, is the worst I have experienced. To hear salesmen talking about you as if you are a fish they are catching lives up to the reputation of some salesmen. I was there 10 minutes and when they realized they couldnt make a huge profit from me I was dismissed. I will get another car but not from here. When I emailed the general manager his only solution was to remove me from the email list…wow.

My Acura seemed to be drawing the battery down resulting in failure to start. I took the vehicle in to Courtesy Acura for service where Mallory ( the service rep.) discussed my starting issue. She was very knowledgeable and was aware of similar occurrences. My car was in the shop most of the day & when I came to pickup the vehicle Mallory went through the entire evaluation process with me and explained the solutions applied to remedy the situation. Mallory is very pleasant easy to talk to about the Acura vehicles.
I had my TL serviced again and got my MDX oil change/windshield replaced. Great service as usual from Courtesy and especially Michelle Mallory.
Our dealings with Courtesy Acura have been fantastic, what a very professional organization, from sales, parts, and servicing.
Courtesy Acura in Littleton has been awesome. I highly recommend! Charell Robinson in sales is the man. I had a great overall experience. Customer service has been phenomenal.
