    My Nissan of Smithfield review

    Horrible dealership. I bought the car from these hacks 3 years ago. Last year, I had to have the engine replaced. First they took to long, and then did a horrible job at it. My regular mechanic had me come down to point out that they hadn’t bothered with several bolts, including two that kept the radiator in place. They also did not connect one of the arms for a tire. So I took the car back, waited three days, and was told to come get it NONE of the work was done. After this, I contacted Nissan, was given a two week runaround, and told that they weren’t responsible for the dealership’s service, or lack thereof. Fine, but couldn’t they tell me that when I initially called them? NEVER go here. This not only turned me off to this dealership, I will never purchase a Nissan again.
