This is one of those dealerships you hear about from everyone, they do shady buisness and such but when my friend came back with a great deal and a nice car ii went and traded in my car for a 05 model, this car has continued to break and have problem, so i brought it back and they said that all they could do is give me the trade in value, 5 grand less then what i paid for it, and have only driven it for 1 month and 3 weeks, i told them this would not stand and that basicly it was BS, i said i want to talk to the owner, and made a appoinment for the next day, when i got there, he was busy so they told me to come back later, i came at 1 oclock and waited for him for 5 hours!! while other employees are stating that he is in the back drinking alone or with his buddies, what a great place to get a car once there is a problem they will just ignore you compltly in the store like your not there. NEVER EVER EVER BUY FROM NAPOLI MOTOTRS EVER!!
