I paid cash for a 2008 Mazda 3. In the price I paid for tt&l, however it took the dealership from April 28th. 2008 till Oct 27th to finally get the title to me. I made many phone calls and was given many excuses. I did my own research and found that the title was titled and sent to an incorrect address. When I called and told Mr. Jarvis about this his answer to the problem was for me to go and file for a lost title. Since I didn't lose the title I declined that offer. After almost six months of trying to get what I paid for I called and offered to get Munday Mazda some free advertisement from the local TV stations and this is what motivated Munday to take care of the problem. I was told by Mr. Johnson the sales manager that he would get me my title, which he did) however no one at the dealership ever offered an apology or thank me for my patience.
I replace my care every 2 to 3 yrs and I always pay cash, this was the second car I purchased from Munday but I do promise this will be my last. My family and friends that buy Mazda will also never buy from them.
