I purchased a car from Miracle Ford in March of 2008 and like most people I di not have all of my down payment money. So the finance officer suggested that I write divide the amount into 3 payments. We both agreed that they could cash the checks on my payday. The first 2 payments were cashed with no problem, on my payday. But for some reason the final payment was deposit 2 days earlier than my payday which caused my account to become overdrawn. I called and told the finance officer and he informed to call Mindy and I was told by Mindy that she would pay for one fee $35. The problem is there were at least 14 $35 charges. Mindy told me 4 seperate occasions that she had mailed me the $35 check when she had not. I recieved the $35 in May 2008. I asked to talk to the Genreal Manager to resolve this issue with my overdrawn account and Jim told me that's my fault I should have had more money in my account. He was very rude. We had a verbal agreement and they did not follow through on their end so now I am stuck with a negative balance of over $500. I would not recommend them to my dog let alone another person seeking to purchase a car or truck.
