THEY PROMISED TO HELP WITH MY ENGINE PROBLEM AND WENT BACK ON THEIR WORD.
THEY TOOK MY ENGINE APART,PER CHRYSLERS REQUEST,AND WHEN CHRYSLER DENIED MY REQUEST, MICKS CHARGED ME ALMOST $400 TO GET MY CAR BACK.THE ENGINE IN PIECES. MY HUSBAND HAD JUST PASSED AWAY 3 DAYS BEFORE AND THEY WERE AWARE THAT I HAD NO MONEY. WHEN I WENT TO GET MY CAR, THEY HAD A SALESMAN WAITING TO SELL ME ANOTHER CAR???? THEY OFFERED TO SELL ME AN ENGINE OUT OF A JUNKYARD FOR $6,000. A TECHNICIAN OFFERED ME $1000 FOR MY CAR, KNOWING THAT WITH AN ENGINE, BLUEBOOK IS $9,000 TO $12000 VALUE.
I PURCHASED AN ENGINE AND HAD IT INSTALLED , ALL FOR $3,000.
THEY TRIED TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY SITUATION!!!
I HAVE TOLD PEOPLE OF MY EXPERIENCE, AND I HAVE YET TO HEAR ANYONE SAY ANYTHING POSITIVE ABOUT THEM.
