I had a fairly good experience buying from bloomington mitsu / hyundai. The sales experience was ok, took a long time and they were not at all knowledgeable about the car or basically anything about mitsu. However, I got a good deal on the new car and creamed them on the trade in. However, promises that were made in the purchase took many calls and visits to fulfill. I've I could do it again, I'd buy a mitsu, but not from bloomington. Do not put any Value on their VIP status they offer with the purchases of new vehicles. Once you try to use it you will realize it is a joke. For example free oil change, but you have to book a week in advance, they are never open so I have to take time off, and if you want to upgrade to synthetic its an upgrade charge of $6 quart (ridiculous). My worst experiences with this dealer center on the parts and service departments!
