My parents purchased a used vehicle from Mercedes of Nanuet. After driving it for no more than a week or two, they noticed a horrible odor in the car. They brought it to mercedes and after them keeping the car for several months, they decided there was nothing they can do about it, so they tried to search for another vehicle but nearly three months down the road they found nothing. They were fair enough to refund the buying price of the vehicle, yet not the sales tax that they paid. In my eyes, I think this was unfair. They are now out over 800 dollars because Mercedes of Nanuet thinks they did what they could.
