My Medeiros Williams Chevrolet Co reviewI went in there with a 2005 saturn Ion mint condition only 27,000 miles on it and found a dodge caravan i was interested in. Did a trade in, they screwed me on that, was worth alot more, then what i got. Then i told them i will not go over 60 months to the salesmen and was told amount of total sale and we just signed everything that we was told to without reading..our fault but assumed they wouldnt change things……..$4,000 more then was told and for 72 months. the did the what my son in law called the bump…..ralph agreed to the 60 months then u go in and see the finance guy and he dont mention none of them figures and forces you into taking warrenty ….which dont do it people….i find out now that dodge has100,000 mile manifactures warrenty so i paid extra $1,300 dollars for nothing! When realized the total price went back there cus i wanted to get out of deal and get my car back they said absolutely not! and claimed they already paid off my car of which was a lie cus i called USAA and they said they hadnt received nothing. These people are theives and there is nothing that can be done….just stay away from this dealership and tell everyone you know to stay away!! If i save one person money it will be worth it!

My Medeiros Williams Chevrolet Co reviewMy wife and I purchased a vehicle almost 2 weeks ago. We dealt with the salesman Guy.
To date, we do not have our registration for the vehicle. We were told that we need to have it and registered and state inspections within 7 days. We are currently on day 11 going on 12. Guy informed us it was mailed this past Monday, THE SEVENTH DAY.
Second. When we worked with Guy, we informed in no uncertain terms the loans was to be no longer than 60 months. Amazingly, to my suprise, when my wife picked up the vehicle IT WAS A 72 MONTH LOAN. The best that could be done was to lower it to 66 month after she complained.
i feel your pain and know exactly what you are talking about, same thing happen to me! with the 60 months…..i specifically told them i wouldnt go over 60 months and they handed us over to the mr finance and it was sign here and here and here and wound up being 72 months and we didnt see it till it was too late! and also wound up telling us an amount that was quite less then actual amount we have to pay.

My Medeiros Williams Chevrolet Co reviewAfter deal was made and paid in full they would not let us leave with our new vehicle without an additional charge that was not agreed upon. Sales man made hurtful wrongful comments regarding my family and MARK spoke to a college about us in an unprofessional manner. This dealer will now face the consequences of its employees actions.
