We purchased a used car for our daughter 6 weeks ago and are still unable to get a permanent license plate for the car. They shuffle my husband’s phone calls to person to person, if they bother to deal with him at all. We had to actually drive back down there to get a second temporary plate – took us forever because we couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledge that we were there. I am very suspicious that 1. We have not received permanent plates, and now they are making excuses about the title ( we paid cash for this car). I suppose that I will have to contact an attorney and file a complaint with the Department of Transportation and the Attorney General this week.

Also, they told us they would wash the car and fill it up with gas. Of course neither were done when we returned for the car - I should have known that if they could not keep that simple of a promise they were not to be trusted.

I will never purchase from them again and would not recommend them to anyone.
