One of the main service tech guys here, named Nick, actually LIED to me when I set my appointment for Wednesday and told me it was for Tuesday just so he could avoid giving me a loaner. I told him to not insult my intelligence and that I know when I made the appointment for and he admitted that "he doesn't want to give loaners to people who keep it for extra days." I reminded him that we are very busy and that each service visit (especially w/loaner) we get charged inflated prices and problems that do not exist are fabricated to milk the customer out of more money. Folks, milk your Lexus's warranty while it's new because after that - this shop will DO WHATEVER IT TAKES, to pinch your hard earned dollars. AVOID THEM.
