I was told to put down $500 in cash if I wanted a TL delivered from Charleston SC to be delivered to Columbia Mc Daniels Acura, and I did. My wife delivered the money the next day because I was working. She ended up signing a Purchase Agreement. Yes, she was tricked into a $34,163.49 purchase agreement contract..... The Next day, I was ready to pick-up my new 2010 TL, and I was told that it was sent back to Charleston because the tires were too big, and to return the next day ( 10/31/2009).I did, and I was told that the car was on its way from Charleston. when I ask for my money, I was told to call my lawyer and that money will not be returned because my wife signed my name on a PURCHASE AGREEMENT form. After several trips, one day loss of work and one tank of gas, I went to Dick Dyer and paid cash for a 2010 XLE Camry. Maybe it was my dirty clothes --U make the call. Attitudes all over that building. And I fought for this country for over 20 years with The Marines.
