I tried to use their website to "Get a Quote", "Contact Us" and even pontiac.com`s "Contact Dealer" and received NO RESPONSE at all. I was thus forced to call and ask for a salesperson. Cory Prince was particularly rude, lying and ignoring me. He initially claimed he could not give quotes over the phone or by email. His "5 minute" call-backs and email took 2 or more hours. After weeks of haggling, they could not come within $600 of a quote I got from another dealer (with no hassle, over email). Do not bother trying to even get a quote from these clowns. I wish I had known about them before wasting so much time and letting them get on my nerves. I felt like I was being shaken down by a schoolyard bully. No wonder they are still trying to sell `06 models in December `07.
