I am however very unsatisfied with the first dealer I dealt with and the manner in which he did not return calls to me. I also am very unsatisfied with the amount I was given for my trade in only to see the same vehicle back on the lot for 6,000 more than what they told me was the maximum value I could get as a trade in. This all in reference to some black book, a place that offers used car values, only if you pay however. All in all I had a mediocre experience. could have been better as far as the salesmen, but I am very happy with the vehicle I purchased.

My National Volkswagen Subaru reviewPurchased a 2005 GMC Canyon and a 2006 VW Jetta. Jetta sold prior to inspection. Took them two weeks to make repairs and deliver the vehicle. Engine light went on within 48 hours and it’s back on their shop. All of this is unfortunate but being handled well. What frustrates me is the truck. There was speaker wiring I asked be removed prior to sale which they did, damaging the interior liner in the process. They did not repair it. The first time I took it over 55 the bedliner rails peeled off and the tailgate is stuck in the locked position and isn’t even rigged. This is basic stuff that I figured would be required to work if it passed their presale inspection. The dealership is leaving me high and dry on this one and I’m stuck fixing this thing at cost. I made a mistake in trusting their attention to detail and presale inspection but ought be able to trust they would negotiate the matter in good faith. Due to the unsatisfactory condition of the vehicle and their unwillingness to ensure the quality of their product, I do not recommend purchasing from this dealer.

This was no small task when you can’t be reached by phone, you’re using a POA, and also using an out of state bank to finance. Despite all the extra moving parts, Randy ensured everything went off without a hitch, and made sure I was continually informed throughout the process. From the jump, Randy was helpful and professional beyond belief. I would highly recommend this dealer, especailly for those looking to purchase while overseas such as while on deployments etc.

Good dealership, nice sales people. Will work hard to help you get what you, what you are looking for. Have to be specific with the service department sometimes ( asked for tire rotation, however failed to say please balance them as well, assumed that went hand in hand until we had to bring it back the next day and pay another $20.00). Overall I would recommend them to friends.

I always have a pleasant experience when I need service at National. Janelle always explains to me what needs to be done. Sometimes more that I would hope. But I appreciate her explanations and I know that things are done right. And nothing is done that is not necessary. After five years I consider Janelle a friend I look forward to seeing. I feel right at home at National and everyone is very gracious and kind.
So far this has been a much better experience than my last vehicle purchase. I have had some issues with a brand new 2012 jetta, but it was immediately accepted into service and the necessary parts ordered. I have yet to see how the actual installation goes but I am going to assume the best as things have been great so far.
