I think that sums it up....
I have never had such a smooth time buying a car I want really sure what i wanted but the sales associate helped me narrow it down. I found a beautiful Passat 4motion for only 32k brand new black on black perfect car. the best is there was no negotiating the price was a sale price and it was a good deal 32k at 0.00% financing and they gave me 9k for my car when The other dealer would only give me 5k. I think I found where Im gonna be buying atleast my next couple of cars. I recomend that you also buy yours from there. Go see Russell tell him mike sent ya

I'm going to make this review short and sweet. Manchester VW is comprised of a bunch of swindling sales people, that lie and get caught in their lies. 100% AWFUL customer service must be there moto, since they like to threaten and harrass people. The better business bureau is going to hear about this, as I feel that it would be wrong of me not to report such poor and shady business practices. No one should be treated the way I was there, after having purchased a vehicle from them. They don't deserve to be in business, they are a bunch of crooks. Save your time and money. Don't buy from Manchester VW in NH, you are doing yourself a disservice by doing so.
