They sold us a truck that the Vin number did not match the electronics in the Tacoma truck. We could not make a key without getting the whole truck re-wired for $700. When we called the GM, Joe, to tell him about this, he said "bring it back, I'll sell it to someone else." We received no apology, no explanation and no return calls when we requested they pay for the $165 we spent to get a key cut at Toyota only to find out it wouldn't work. They wasted 2 days of our time and 4 hours of driving back and forth from San Diego. There was no follow up at all and they put the truck back up on Cars.com a week later. They cannot be trusted.
