I dropped my car off for regular maintenance. When I returned to pick it up, the car was backed up against a light post and the paint was scratched. When I told the dealership, Max, the service manager, informed me that his workers were very careful with other people's cars. While I didn't expect them to actually agree to fix the paint, I did expect some level of concern that I had a poor experience. My overall experience with the maintenance was fine, but certainly not up to the standard of the Acura dealerships that I have dealt with in other cities I've lived in. I'll continue to take my car in to Lyle Pearson for maintenance, since it is the only dealership in the Boise area, however, when it comes time to replace my current car, I will certainly not be purchasing from Lyle Pearson.
