    If you would like to be swindled and lied to, the Lithia Dodge service center is a great place.

    All parents should take their children here to teach them what thieves look like.

    I suspect that the Lithia Dodge service center subscribes to the notion that there is a certain percentage of their customers who are not worth pleasing.

    You’ll know that you are one of those customers when:
    *your service representative never returns your calls.
    *they order the wrong part, then tell you that it doesn’t work because another — and more expensive — part is actually the problem.
    *your car doesn’t get fixed despite repeatedly returning for service.
    *they don’t call you to tell you that your part has arrived.
    *they chuckle smugly when you call to confirm your appointment or inquire as to the status of your repair.
    *they never apologize for causing you an enormous amount of inconvenience.
    *they blame you for the problem.
    *the service manager tells you that he is familiar with your grievance, but clearly isn’t interested in trying to resolve it.

    Do not under any circumstances subject yourself to these people.
