Didn't even get the chance to get out of vehicle, and two sales people were already running to our car. Got out and they just started harrassing us. Would not leave us alone. Told them we were just looking, then they went inside and came out with their managers. We wanted to look at a car, and the manager said lets take it for a test drive, I told him I wanted to know the price, and wanted to see it first. He said well lets take it for a test drive then we can talk. We ended up taking a car on a test drive, well I should say me. My wife and two kids weren't allowed to come with. I took it around the block, and asked were the trunk latch was, his answer was does it look like I am a chevy guy, I work for dodge dont I, that was that. Then we took it for an overnight. My wife and I were then able to look at the vehicle. Took it back the next day, before we could ask any questions they were asking us, so how are you going to pay for the car. I told him with cash. He said alright lets get the papers signed. I then told him that we had some questions first. He said you had it over night, do you want it or not. I said well, if you can't answer a couple of questions than no. So I ended up going to Murrays Auto and bought a toyota carolla, talk about great service, try murrays auto first. Dodge has no product knowledge and they are very pushy and rude.
We had gotten into an accident with a couple of teens. They ran into the front left portion of our van. We thought it being a dodge vehicle we would take it to dodge. Tony the manager was supposed to be working with us, well he didn't work with us at all. We had to call him for everything. When we got our van back the frame was not pulled out, the door rubbed on the fender, the headlights were miss matched and did not fit. We asked him to fix the problems and he told us if we payed them, he would fix it. Being an insurance claim it should have been fixed the first time. We contacted the other parties insurance company and complained to them, as well as our own. We didn't get it fixed by dodge, they refused to fix it. So we ended up taking it to another collision repair shop, come to find out they didn't fix alot more than was to meet the eye. But, thankfully we found another body shop that fixed what should have been fixed, and they did it for the fraction of the price. DO NOT TRUST DODGE WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
